One to One Training

One to one training is the most direct way to enhance your mobility and strength. If you are looking to elevate your performance with eye of an experienced trainer, one to one training is the choice for you!

With every one to one training package you get:

  • Nutritional plan for strength and health

  • Private training facility

  • Access to The Swasey Fitness training app

  • Accountability inside and outside of the gym

How to get started with one to one training?

Step 1: Fill out training form

Fill out the Questionnaire below this section, choose the “one to one” training option, and submit your form. From here your trainer will contact you within the next business day.

Step 2: Schedule your consultation

After your trainer has contacted you, you will both schedule your in person consultation. During the in person consultation your trainer will take you through an individual joint mobility assessment and full body movement assessment. All of the information gathered during this assessment process will help your trainer design a program that will address your unique needs and training goals.

Step 3: Transform your Life

Start your journey with your trainer to becoming strong and confident!

Training rates for one to one training:

  • Consultation: $125

  • 8 Training Sessions: $1000

  • 12 Training Sessions: $1500
